weekly-wonders-7

I know, I know…I’m a day late. This last week was a little screwy for me. I’ll get it together for this week, I promise!

I typically like to share what I’ve been up to before giving you the weekly wonders, the good news (for those of you who are only here for the wonders), and the bad news (for those of you who LOVE my blog) is, I haven’t been up to much!

My theme for this weeks project 52 was ‘low light‘. I shared two pictures, only because I thought you all might want to see pictures of something other than the cutest puppy in the world.

Now, time to move on to the wonders of the week…

Rebecca at Living Better Together made some Blender Butter…I don’t think I have to say anything else. HOMEMADE BUTTER! What?!

Angie at Knick of Time blew me away with this beautiful antique piano turned desk.

Aimee from Twigg Studios made this delicious Blood Orange Upside Down Cake. I have to be honest, I’m not sure what I love more about Aimee’s creations…the recipe’s or her photography. Simply stunning!

And here we go with the pallets again…y’all know I can’t get enough. Lauren at The Thinking Closet made this headboard, and she was kind enough to give us a tutorial!

I have to share this tutorial by Krista at The Happy Housie on DIY Oar Decor…just in case my kids decide to let me decorate their rooms however I want.

Rachel at Maison De Pax showed us how to create faux aged wood. Great tutorial for those of us just learning how to paint wood…and how cute is that stool from IKEA?!

I just recently found Rachel’s blog, 52 Weeks Project, and I love, love, love everything I’ve found so far…this Stenciled Cactus Planter is particularly adorable…

A huge high-five to all the lovely, amazing, talented bloggers that I featured today! Thank you for the awesome inspiration!

A quick note…it’s been really hard for me to contain my search for wonders to a one week period, so I’ve decided that my ‘Weekly Wonders’ post will include any posts from any time period. The only requirement is that they be wonder inducing.

See you tomorrow!
